Mountfield are producing some of the best quality petrol garden and lawn tractors on the market today. They offer users versatile practical mowers at good value prices. The MTF 84H features a 414cc Mountfield ST 400 engine, hydrostatic transmission, 84cm (33 inch) cutting width and a spacious 200 litre grass collector. The cutting decks have anti-scalp wheels fitted, the deck then floats over the ground preventing scalping and giving a cleaner cut. With its overall width of just over a metre it is ideal for smaller gardens which need a ride on mower to fit through narrow access points. Features Automatic Gearbox / Transmission LED Dashboard Anti-Scalp Wheels Washing Link Electric Blade Engagement The hydrostatic transmission has a reverse gear and with a turning circle of just 180cm can equal the handling of compact ride-on mowers around trees, paths and borders. The Mountfield MTF 84H lawn tractors cut wider than their wheel width which means there is little trimming left to do after the lawns have been mowed. A mulch plug can be purchased as an optional extra with the mower. For areas that are being cut on a more regular basis the mulching function cuts and re-cuts the grass into tiny particles that are blown back onto the ground where they disappear into the turf, returning valuable nutrients to the soil. The Mountfield MTF 84H gives you 7 cutting height settings from 25mm 80mm so you can choose the best height for the grass and working conditions. Engaging the cutting deck couldnt be simpler; you just have to pull the control switch for On and push it in for Off. The MTF 84H is recommended for cutting areas up to 4000 sqm.
