The AL-KO LHS 520/5 is an electrically powered hydraulic, easy to use quiet log splitter that is an effective and efficient tool designed for heavy duty homeowner use. The ALKO LHS 520/5 uses a powerful 2200w electric motor producing a 5 tonne splitting force to split logs and wood up to 520mm in length and 250mm in diameter. This heavy duty log splitter has large, free-rolling wheels so the machine can be moved around on its stand easily and safely. A wide platform also helps to make the splitter stable as you cut the logs. Double activated switches allow the machine only to be operated if both switches are depressed simultaneously and a safety guard adds extra safety to the operation.
