The 801 LSV vertical 8 tonne electric log splitter from Mitox is the most powerful in the range producing an 8 tonne force with a 3000w motor. With the ability to power through even the most demanding domestic tasks.For health and safety purposes, the log table is fixed and has steel log retainers to ensure the logs stay in place during and after splitting. Hands are kept away from the splitting area thanks to the 2 handed operation. Releasing a switch will set the splitter automatically back to the start position.The 801 LSV can split logs of 55cm in length and 30cm in diameter. For splitting multiple short logs, the Quicksplit function reduces the ram travel distance, saving extra time.The splitting wedge is reinforced, so can push through tough or knotted wood reliably.
