This makes it highly portable and very easy and discreet for storage purposes. Theres a great decorative patterning on top and the various parts are reinforced with brass fittings another hallmark of the pieces quality. It can be used indoors or out and will age gracefully to a silver-grey patina over time. In terms of protection when used outdoors the high oil content and dense grain in the teak will offer natural protection against the elements, fungal and insect attack. For those who prefer the honey-coloured lustre, the ageing process can be removed on a hot summers day with warm soapy water and a stiff-bristle brush.
