Zamioculcas zamiifolia is a member of the Arum (Araceae) family and is more widely known as the (much more pronounceable) z plant. It's an evergreen houseplant with thick, succulent stems fringed with glossy, feathered leaves - a real sight to behold! Perfect for a sunny windowsill out of direct sunlight, the z plant is so easy to grow that it's virtually indestructible, with a cast-iron constitution that makes it ideal for almost any position in the home. It'll put up with a degree of neglect almost without adverse effects - perfect if you occasionally forget to water your plants! Supplied as a 60cm tall (including nursery pot) specimen plant.
