An email address and telephone number must be given at the point of ordering so that delivery may be arranged. Refunds/ExchangesWe can certainly refund/exchange your item within the 14 days, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, however, you must return the item at your own cost. If you wish to arrange a refund/exchange please send an email in the first instance to cs@yougarden.com with your order number included.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your item has been received back and inspected then your refund/exchange will be processed. In the event of a refund, please note that original delivery costs levied at the time of ordering are non-refundable.
