The floor is also constructed from 12mm tongue and groove, so is sure to withstand the rigours of playtime, while the 11mm OSB apex roof has a weatherproof felt cover to keep your little ones snug and dry.Scalloped barge boards, a diamond-shaped finial, attractive roof overhang and a sumptuous smooth-planed finish all ensure this wooden playhouse enjoys an exceptionally attractive appearance, which is sure to complement the rest of your garden beautifully.Your children can gain easy access to the playhouse via a single door, fitted with a magnetic safety catch and a small, diamond-shaped window. Three single-glazed opening windows on the ground floor provide further light and ventilation, making for a pleasant, healthy environment.A sturdy wooden ladder leads to the first-floor area, offering your children even more room to play. This level includes a further window, fixed for safety purposes.
