The Pan American Plus XXL Barbecue has a refractory concrete construction with contrasting feature brickwork and a metal hood. This BBQ is brown with brick. The Pan-American XXL can be fired with wood or charcoal and is supplied with a huge stainless steel Argentinian style grill, a metal ash collection drawer and a sturdy concrete base. The huge grill offers a cooking area of 93 x 50cm with v-shaped channels to allow fat and grease to drain away from food. A trough at the front of the grill collects unwanted grease. The grill is suspended on chains and can be elevated with a crank system to adjust the cooking temperature. This barbecue does not require any painting and will only need the structure washing down each season. It has two concrete shelves under the cooking area, ideal for storing utensils, plates, etc.
