What is an Ex Demo Machine? These are machines that have been used for display purposes in our showroom or demonstration days with customers. They have had very little (if any use) and these machines are all tried and tested through our workshop before despatch. An ex demo machine may have light scratches or some very limited signs of wear and tear consistent with a few hours of use. They all come with a full manufacturer warranty. The premium Stiga side-discharge garden tractors are from the Series 9 Expert range. The Expert range have comfort and power over and above the other Tornado mowers. They are fitted with Stiga twin cylinder engines, hydrostatic drive and cruise control. The pedal-operated hydrostatic transmission works very much like an automatic car. The accelerator pedal is pushed down to drive the sit-on forward and you just ease off to slow back down. With a side-discharge cut the cuttings are laid out to the side of the machine in neat rows. Side discharge mowers like the Tornado 9121 W are recommended for use in areas where collection isnt required. These are usually areas where the grass is overgrown and can be cut roughly to wilt back naturally. Its always best to start your cut on the highest setting then work down. This will achieve the best cut and finish. The 3 bladed deck ensures you get the best cut possible.
