The 48 Towed Carrier Frame comprises two transport and depth control wheels that can be modified by lowering the jacklegs. The wheels are equipped with wide-profile pneumatic tires and are supported by bearings. The frame is equipped with a weight tray and three 25-litre ballast tanks that may be filled with water. The carrier frame being towed is equipped with a tow bar that can be adjusted to fit the drawbar heights of most garden tractors.
