The EGO commercial range is designed to work hard all day, every day. The STX3800 is a cordless grass trimmer and brushcutter in one powered by EGOs leading-edge 56v batteries. Not only do the 2kW motors and 56v batteries match petrol engines they are designed to be productive in the most challenging conditions. With high-spec fittings and a durable build quality, these premium tools are also ergonomic when teamed up with the backpack batteries. Reducing air pollution and moving towards more environmentally-friendly, energy efficient products is a high priority for many businesses and consumers. The EGO Power+ range match the power of petrol engines, just without the emissions, noise, mess and maintenance needs. The other great advantage to cordless power is the freedom to roam without the restriction of cables and extension leads. The shaft is lightweight carbon fibre and unlike alloy shafts it wont bend and lose its shape over time, keeping vibration levels to a minimum. STX3800 features: Leading Edge Battery Design: Unique ARC design disperses heat evenly and the Keep Cool technology keeps each battery cell working to its optimum level, charge after charge. EGOs 56v batteries produce 40% more power than a standard 40v rechargeable battery Brushless Motor: Efficient, quiet running with a longer product life than a brushed version The easy the soft-start function and constant speed control ensures consistent trimming every time Carbon fibre shaft is lightweight, reduces vibration and wont bend over time Cuts and rotates anti-clockwise Ergonomic Loop Handle with Quick Adjust The STX3800 is powered by all the 56v batteries (sold separately) in the EGO range including the EGO Power + Backpack. The batteries and chargers are available as add on items. Recommended for use with the EGO Power + BH1001 Power Harness for all Portable Batteries Plus Battery Adaptor. Battery and charger not included.
