A hardy, compact alpine plant that is ideal for growing in wall and patio crevices, as well as being a perfect addition to rockeries. It produces a profusion of small Geranium like flowers, that are pink with darker veining on the petals. Erodium variabile 'Roseum' with its grey-green, scalloped foliage is great planted in groups, as its low spreading habit creates a cushioned carpet effect.
