This versatile biennial has strongly flavoured foliage thats ideal for adding to salads and sauces, and pairs memorably with fish. Perfect as a garnish, this variety is reliable, easy to grow and needs almost no maintenance. The leaves can be successfully frozen. Harvest May to September. Planting sow under glass all year round, 2mm deep in modular trays or pots. Germinates at temperatures of 18-21C. Alternatively sow in situ March July in pre-watered drills, 5-10mm-deep. Thin the seedlings to 20-25cms apart. Aftercare this can be grown as a cut and come again crop. It will need replanting after its second season. Eventual height & spread 45 30cms.
