Crisp, delicious and a great source of vitamins, this versatile vegetable has large, curled leaves carried on long stems. It can be grown in borders, patio pots or on a sunny windowsill. Harvest May to September. Planting sow under glass, all year round, in modular trays or pots to minimise root disturbance. Germinates at 18-21C. Alternatively, sow in situ March July, in 5-10mm-deep, pre-watered drills. Thin the seedlings to 25cms apart. Germination can be slow, so be sure to mark the row! Aftercare keep parsley well watered to prevent bolting. Eventual height & spread 30 30cms.
