StocksandGreen This pretty perennial grows as a well-formed mound of grass-like foliage, over which slender, leafless stems are topped with china blue flowers with deep purple eyes. The blooms are attractive to butterflies and bees. A lovely choice for a sunny border, this selection also makes an excellent cut flower. Flowers June to September. Planting best sown where they are to flower, about 6-8 weeks before the last frosts are expected, but may also be sown under glass and transplanted in April, when the young plants are hardened-off.
