Leucothoe fontanesiana Whitewater is a graceful new evergreen shrub with arching stems. Covered in striking white variegated leaves that cover reddish young shoots, this strong growing shrub is perfect for a sunny place or in the shade. In winter the leaves become dark red adding a further dimension to the year round display. Extremely winterhardy, during the spring it is also adorned with small white urn shaped flowers. Flowering is followed by the emergence of attractive new growth in shades of wine, pink, copper and green. As the new leaf growth matures it turns to a dark green with the ivory white margin. Supplied in approx£2£3 litre containers.
