The wide 53cm robust aluminium cutter deck is rustproof and durable. The mower has grippy heavy duty wheels, rear wheel drive with traction assist and 3 speed transmission these combined give you excellent control over long grass and up inclines. The 3.8l fuel tank and large grass collector will allow you to productively maintain medium to large gardens. The blade brake clutch (BBC) stops the blades turning enabling you to move the mower and empty the grass collector without needing to stop the engine.Toros Recycler cutting system cuts and re-cuts the grass clippings reducing them to the finest mulch possible. The super-fine mulch decomposes quickly releasing a natural fertiliser and retaining moisture in the soil. As well as gaining free nutrients for your grass roots, mulching means you will get the lawn cut in approximately a 3rd of the time compared to collecting. The 22280 also has the option to collect into an ample 77 litre grass box which fabric design maximises the air flow and compacts the grass cuttings efficiently.
