Part of the Stiga 900 Series range of garden tools, the SBC 900 D AE cordless bike handle brush cutter and grass trimmer will run for approximately 150 minutes when used with the recommended 7.5Ah battery. Cordless machinery allows the user to roam around the garden freely without trailing wires and the restrictions of a power source. This emission free alternative is extremely cost effective as there is little maintenance and fuel costs when compared to a petrol engine. The 48v lithium battery system paired with the efficient 7kw brushless motor matches the power and performance of a 45cc petrol engine, making the SBC 900 D AE suitable for both domestic and professional use. Ergonomically designed, the SBC 900 D AE has been fitted with bike handles that offer the most productive way of trimming back wide areas of brush and bramble. Choose between the robust 3 tooth brush cutting blade or the nylon line grass cutting head with a bump feed design so you can release additional line by simply tapping the head on the ground. The controls have been placed so they are easy to reach on the soft grip handle. Supplied with a comfortable double, padded harness for additional comfort. Pair this with a battery backpack harness and utilise the long running time without straining your arms and shoulders. The handle folds at a 90 degree angle for easy transport and storage. Please note: battery and charger are NOT included. These are available to purchase as optional extras. It is recommended that the 7.5Ah battery is used with this machine. This will give you a running time of around 150 minutes depending on cutting conditions.
